Every Monet Crystal order is carefully wrapped using one of our signature gift boxes. We will select the most suitable box based on your order contents and eligible conditions. All boxes appear in our videos and are part of our official packaging collection.

The boxes shown in our videos are from real customer orders. No matter how many pieces you purchase, we’ll pack your order using the same beautiful boxes shown in our videos, selecting the most suitable packaging based on your jewelry. Each piece also comes with an exclusive Monet Crystal box, and we’ll add random little gifts as surprises. Perfect for gifting or treating yourself.

Some of our rings are adjustable (open design), while others are fixed sizes based on US sizing. You can choose the size that fits you best. For guidance on measuring your finger, please refer to our Size Measurement Tips.

Each ASMR packing video takes over 8 hours to complete, from filming to editing. For this reason, we’re unable to create a video for every order. That said, every order is still packed with the same care, detail, and love you see in our videos 💗
If you would like an ASMR packing video for your order, please note the following:
- A minimum purchase of 3 or more jewelry items is required
- You must be willing to follow our video production schedule (orders are shipped after filming is completed)
- Video slots can only be reserved up to the following month (for example, April videos open starting from March orders)
To request a video, you may:
- Leave a note at checkout stating that you would like an ASMR packing video, or
- Email us at info@monetcrystal.com to check availability before or after placing your order
Once availability is confirmed and you agree to the schedule, we’ll be happy to arrange the video for you ✨
