No matter how many pieces you purchase, we’ll pack your order using the same beautiful boxes shown in our videos, selecting the most suitable packaging based on your jewelry. Each piece also comes with an exclusive Monet Crystal box, and we’ll add random little gifts as surprises. Perfect for gifting or treating yourself.

Each ASMR packing video takes over 8 hours to complete, from filming to editing. For this reason, we’re unable to create a video for every order. That said, every order is still packed with the same care, detail, and love you see in our videos 💗
If you would like an ASMR packing video for your order, please note the following:
- A minimum purchase of 3 or more jewelry items is required
- You must be willing to follow our video production schedule (orders are shipped after filming is completed)
- Video slots can only be reserved up to the following month (for example, April videos open starting from March orders)
To request a video, you may:
- Leave a note at checkout stating that you would like an ASMR packing video, or
- Email us at info@monetcrystal.com to check availability before or after placing your order
