Light water exposure (like handwashing) is fine, but we recommend avoiding seawater, swimming pools, and chemicals. Store in a dry place for best care.

The boxes shown in our videos are from real customer orders. No matter how many pieces you purchase, we’ll pack your order using the same beautiful boxes shown in our videos, selecting the most suitable packaging based on your jewelry. Each piece also comes with an exclusive Monet Crystal box, and we’ll add random little gifts as surprises. Perfect for gifting or treating yourself.

Every order is carefully hand-packed (as shown in our ASMR packing videos on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok). Processing usually takes 2–7 days. During high-demand periods, it may take longer, but if it exceeds 7 days, we’ll notify you by email: info@monetcrystal.com

Each ASMR packing video takes over 8 hours from filming to editing, so we’re unable to make a video for every order. However, every order is still packed carefully and beautifully—just like in our videos.

If you would like an ASMR packing video for your order, you’ll need to purchase 3 or more jewelry items and accept our video production schedule (your order will be shipped after filming).
