1. Mystery Boxes & Custom-Made Items – Final Sale
All Mystery Boxes and custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Eligible Items – 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
✦ Conditions for Return:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with any tags still attached.
- Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
✦ Restocking Fee:
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.
✦ Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
✦ Return Process:
- Email us at info@monetcrystal.com to request a Return Authorization.
- Once approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@monetcrystal.com with photos, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Mystery boxes
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care products
If you're unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before making a return.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges at this time. If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@monetcrystal.com to discuss the options available.
6. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, the refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@monetcrystal.com.
7. European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with EU regulations.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
