  • The boxes shown in our videos are from real customer orders. Most jewelry pieces come gift-ready in Monet Crystal packaging, and available gift box options may appear in your cart before checkout. You can choose your preferred box when available. If no box is selected, or if the selected box isn’t suitable for your items, we’ll choose the best-fitting packaging for your order. Surprise gifts may also be included depending on availability and order details.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary from 9–30 days. You can check the estimated delivery date at checkout.

  • Light water exposure (like handwashing) is fine, but we recommend avoiding seawater, swimming pools, and chemicals. Store in a dry place for best care.

  • Every order is carefully hand-packed (as shown in our ASMR packing videos on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok). Processing usually takes 2–7 days. During high-demand periods, it may take longer, but if it exceeds 7 days, we’ll notify you by email: info@monetcrystal.com

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay.

  • Some of our rings are adjustable (open design), while others are fixed sizes based on US sizing. You can choose the size that fits you best. For guidance on measuring your finger, please refer to our Size Measurement Tips.

  • Each ASMR packing video typically takes 1–2 days to prepare, film, and edit. For this reason, we're unable to create a video for every order. That said, every order is still packed with the same care, detail, and love you see in our videos. 💗

    If you'd love a video of your own order, we now offer our Exclusive ASMR Packing Video service!

    Here's what you need to know:

    • A minimum of 3 jewelry items is required.
    • Only 4–6 filming slots are available each week, with new slots released every Monday.
    • Filming is completed within 3–7 business days after payment and order confirmation.
    • Your jewelry order will be shipped after filming is completed.
    • Once edited, your video will be shared on our social media channels, and the finished video file will be emailed to you. Editing and delivery require additional time.

    How to book your video:

    Simply add the filming service to your cart along with your jewelry. This service cannot be purchased separately.

    If the service is marked "Sold Out," all filming slots for the current week have been reserved. Please check back next Monday!
