Global Shipping

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping to our customers. Wherever you are, we’ll do our best to deliver a little sparkle your way.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days after receipt.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotional events), processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

Estimated Transit Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated shipping time is usually:

Possible Delays

Unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, customs clearance, and public holidays may result in shipping delays. These situations are unfortunately outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and rest assured—we’re working hard to get your package to you as soon as possible.

Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee that your order will be delivered within 65 business days of shipment.
If your package is not delivered within this time frame, we will issue a full refund.

Please note: We are unable to refund or reship if the delivery failure is caused by customer-related issues such as:

  • Refusal to clear customs
  • Refusal to accept the package upon delivery
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address or contact information

Reshipment Policy

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will provide one free reshipment.

If the delivery issue is due to customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery), we can arrange a reshipment for a fee of 25% of the product value to cover additional shipping costs.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Monet Crystal is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order during or after shipping. All such charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
