The boxes shown in our videos are from real customer orders. Most jewelry pieces come gift-ready in Monet Crystal packaging, and available gift box options may appear in your cart before checkout. You can choose your preferred box when available. If no box is selected, or if the selected box isn’t suitable for your items, we’ll choose the best-fitting packaging for your order. Each ASMR packing video takes over 8 hours to complete, from filming to editing. For this reason, we’re unable to create a video for every order. That said, every order is still packed with the same care, detail, and love you see in our videos 💗
If you would like an ASMR packing video for your order, please note the following:
- A minimum purchase of 3 or more jewelry items is required
- You must be willing to follow our video production schedule (orders are shipped after filming is completed)
- Video slots can only be reserved up to the following month (for example, April videos open starting from March orders)
To request a video, you may:
- Leave a note at checkout stating that you would like an ASMR packing video, or
- Email us at info@monetcrystal.com to check availability before or after placing your order
